At the heart of Marsharae's mission is a belief in dreaming big, leading with compassion, and lending her time and talents to initiatives that positively impact the community. Marsharae is a healthcare professional by trade, but she has always been an entrepreneur at heart. As a self-proclaimed serial entrepreneur, there's no surprise that she combined those two passions to launch The HEART Academy.
Marsharae aims to create a community of allied healthcare professionals who are not only skilled but also compassionate and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of their patients. Her goal is to raise the standards of healthcare education and inspire a new generation of certified practitioners that enter the industry for the right reasons. Her mission is to empower individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to provide exceptional care to patients, especially those who are marginalized or disadvantaged. Her long-term goal is to establish HEART Academy campuses all over the country.
